Angela Lansbury Passes Away at 96

The actress was five days shy of her 97th birthday.

Lansbury, who was most well-known for her star role in the long-running tv series ‘Murder, She Wrote’ and ‘Beauty and the Beast’ died today, at age 96 (a few days shy of her 97th birthday).

Another childhood favorite, starring Lansbury was Disney’s 1971 live-action animated musical fantasy film “Bedknobs & Broomsticks.”

I can remember watching “Murder She Wrote”with my Grammy, as a kid. I’d just recently found the series on my Roku TV, and watched a few episodes. Rest in Peace, Angela Lansbury.
